​Unopened original packaging is required for raw supplies, yarn skeins, tools, and craft kits.

​Proof of purchase (order number or email receipt) is required.

​Non-Returnable Items

​Due to the custom or perishable nature of certain craft products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

​Custom or Personalized Items: Any handmade goods tailored with names, custom colors, or specific dimensions.

​Cut-to-Order Materials: Fabric, ribbon, trim, or chain sold by the yard or meter.

​Digital Downloads: PDF craft patterns, SVG cut files, or printable guides once downloaded.

​Clearance / Final Sale

Items: Marked-down or discontinued items.
​Damaged, Defective, or
Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or with the wrong products:

​Include your order number and clear photos showing the damaged item and original shipping box.
​We will happily send a replacement at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund.
